Miranda Hubbs is an Independent Director currently serving on the boards of Nutrien, Imperial, PSP investments and is Chair of the Canadian Red Cross.

Prior to her retirement in 2011, Miranda was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of McLean Budden, one of Canada's leading institutional asset managers.

Miranda is a member of the ICD Climate Strategy Advisory Board and the Global Risk Institute Sustainable Finance Advisory Committee. She is a CFA charter holder, a SASB FSA credential holder, and has earned the CERT certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Biology) from Western University and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
